MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2009 – 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public hearing on allowing truck terminal in commercial zone – cancelled by applicant. 4. Public hearing on subdivision for Slaterville Commercial Subdivision at about 700 North 2000 West. 5. Public hearing on proposed zoning map amendment for 3.34 acres on east side along 2000 West around 400 North from A-1 to commercial by Bob Anderson. 6. Discussion/action on public hearings. 7. Discussion on relocation of Ogden Auto Body to 1178 West 1700 South and corrective action plan for ongoing zoning violation for auto storage on 1700 South. Set action on site plan for next month based upon resolution for corrective action plan. 8. Discussion on concept plan by manufacturing subdivision on 1700 South by Corey Combe. 9. Discussion/action on conditional use application for day care at 969 North 1200 West by Carrie Rice. 10. Discussion/action on conditional use application for home beauty salon with visiting clientele at 2270 West 200 South by Kim Taylor. 11. Update on ongoing projects. 12. Adjourn until March 17, 2009. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should contact the Marriott-Slaterville City Office at 627-1919 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. This agenda is flexible and items may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so consider attending entire meeting.The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, sent via U.S. Mail to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. Said notice and agenda was also emailed to the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website Administrator, delivered to members of the Planning Commission, and posted in three (3) public places in Marriott-Slaterville on or about February 13, 2009.
