- AGENDA Administrative Control Board of Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District Thursday, March 27, 2025 Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District will hold a Board Retreat on Thursday, March 27, 2025. The meeting will be conducted electronically via Zoom, with the anchor location of the Basin Recreation Trailside Office, 5715 Trailside Drive, Park City, UT 84098. (All times listed are general in nature and are subject to change by the Board Chair). To participate in the Board meeting, join the Zoom webinar: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81092537384 To listen by phone only: dial 1-669-900-9128, meeting ID 810 9253 7384 6:00 PM Call to order 6:05 PM Discussion and possible approval of contract for Trailside conference room renovation 6:15 PM Financial Review & Budget Planning - Discussion on budget priorities, challenges, and opportunities - Discussion on Truth in Taxation for the 2025 Fiscal Year 6:45 PM Strategic Planning Session - Review of the organization's strategic goals - Discussion on bonding options for 2026 - Discussion on potential options for covered field solutions - Discussion on electric vehicle and hybrid fleet equipment for the District 8:00 PM Board member comments and review of action items 8:10 PM Adjourn Members of the Board, presenters, and members of the public may attend the meeting by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video). Those attending electronically may fully participate in the proceedings as if physically present. The anchor location for the purposes of the electronic meeting is the Basin Recreation Trailside Office, 5715 Trailside Drive, Park City, Utah 84098.
