MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, February 17, 2009, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2009 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Approval of minutes. 3. Business licenses: a. Mortensen Chase Estate Buyers, 2250 S 1200 W, estate sales/purchasing. b. Rodeo Kid Care, 969 N 1200 W, home day care c. Kim’s Finishing Touch, 2270 W 200 S, home-business hair salon. 4. Mosquito abatement video presentation – the West Nile Virus. 5. Discussion/action on Resolution 2009-A amending public facility rental fees and adding park reservation policy. 6. Discussion/action on amended Concept Development Plan for Slaterville Commercial Subdivision at about 700 North 2000 West. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2009-03 amending the land use ordinance regarding semi-parking in the agriculture zone, storage in commercial zone, storage in manufacturing zone, limiting cash advance establishments, modify setback requirements for accessory buildings with metal roofs, amend site plan and design review regulations, and amend re-zoning procedures. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinance 2009-04 adopting Chapter 15.25 of the municipal code establishing storm drain design, construction standards, and policies. 9. Public hearing on Ordinance 2009-05 amending the Impact Fee Enactment relating to secondary water. 10. Discussion/action on public hearing. 11. Follow-up discussion on NIMS – FEMA Training. 12. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 13. Adjourn until March 17, 2009. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, emailed to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. The notice and agenda was also posted with the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website Administrator, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about February 13, 2009. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on Pioneer Road, 3) America First at 12th & 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
