Red Wash Feeder Canal Rehabilitation (2410-044) Page 1 of 1 DOCUMENT 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BID UINTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, 78 WEST 3325 NORTH, VERNAL, UT 84078 General Notice: Uintah Water Conservancy District (Buyer) is requesting Bids for the procurement of pipe materials for the following Project: Red Wash Feeder Canal Rehabilitation Project. Bids for the procurement of materials for the Project will be received at the Jones and DeMille Engineering (JDE) office in Roosevelt located at 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT 84066, until Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:00 am local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids may also be submitted via email to Tammy Stagg at tamara.s@jonesanddemille.com. The Project includes the following Work: Provide approximately 4,785 linear feet of 42-inch diameter DR-32.5 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipe including fittings and delivery to project site as specified in the contract documents. Bids will be received for single contract. Buyer expects that materials under the contract be delivered by September 1, 2025. Obtaining Bidding Documents: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the Bonfire website. For first time users, follow the 'Register' button at the top right-hand corner of the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) portal provided by Utah State Purchasing at utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=open Opportunities. Any responses received through the U3P Jaggaer courtesy posting will not be considered responsive, nor will they be evaluated. Questions or needed assistance can be directed to the online knowledge base, the FAQs page, or the Bonfire Support Team at support@gobonfire.com. The designated website will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT 84066. Neither Buyer nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Questions are due in writing to Tammy Stagg, Project Administrator, at tamara.s@jonesanddemille.com on or before April 2, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will not be held. Instructions to Bidders: For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
