1. Call to Order and Roll Call (Nibley Mayor, and President or Acting President)

2. Approval of Parks and Recreation Committee Feb Minutes and March Agenda (President or Acting President)
3. Public Comment Period1 (President or Acting President)
4. Indoor Recreation Feasibility Study Survey Results Report Including Discussion and Consideration: (Remote report presentation of findings by project consultant VCBO)(President or Acting President)
5. Discussion and consideration of support & cooperation with surrounding communities considering indoor recreation options: including an introduction to potential alignment options for general consideration (Chad Wright - Intro & Report) (President or Acting President)
6. Indoor Recreation Feasibility Study Next Steps and Timeline Discussion and Consideration: reporting back to stakeholders, visioning and concept creation, focus group considerations, funding mechanisms including the consideration plan for public private partnerships. 1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting, starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received as noted above. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 52-4-207 and Nibley City Resolution 12-04, this meeting may be conducted electronically. The anchor location for the meeting will be Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley, Utah. The public may participate in the meeting either in person or electronically via the meeting link provided at www.nibleycity.com . Public comment is limited to in person comments or an e-mail to cherylb@NibleyCity.gov before 3 pm on April 23rd 2025
