Wengreen Ranch Subdivision - A request to create a 5-lot subdivision on 53.10 acres, located at ~3700 S. 4000 W., Wellsville, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 2. Agriculture Protection Area: Francis - A request for a recommendation to the County Council to create a new Agricultural Protection Area with a total of 64.12 acres located north of the Logan Airport in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Regular Action Items 3. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Yonk Homestead Rezone - A request to rezone part of this parcel, located at 8000 W. 600 N., Petersboro, that is located in the Forest Recreation (FR40) Zone to the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 4. Public Hearing (5:45PM or soon thereafter) - Powder Mountain Development Agreement - A request by the applicant to enter into a Development Agreement with Cache County to construct a new maintenance building at the Powder Mountain Resort prior to submitting and getting approval of a Master Plan as required in the Resort Recreation (RR) Zone. 5. Public Hearing (5:55PM or soon thereafter) - Powder Mountain Development Agreement - A request by the applicant to enter into a Development Agreement with Cache County to construct a new ski lift at the Powder Mountain Resort prior to submitting and getting approval of a Master Plan as required in the Resort Recreation (RR) Zone. 6. Public Hearing (6:05PM or soon thereafter) - Powder Mountain Development Agreement - A request by the applicant to enter into a Development Agreement with Cache County to construct a hiking and biking trail system and associated art park at the Powder Mountain Resort prior to submitting and getting approval of a Master Plan as required in the Resort Recreation (RR) Zone. 7. Saddle Ridge Subdivision - A request to create a 21-lot subdivision on 213.26 acres, located at ~7000 S. 1400 W., Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 8. ASI CUP Amendment - A request to update the size/location of structures and parking areas on 88.28 acres, located at 990 N. 8000 W., Mendon, in the Commercial (C) Zone. 9. Discussion: Honey Solar Code Amendment Board Member Reports Staff reports Adjourn
