- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on February 11, 2025, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-02-08 which approved the Jes and Claire Scott Annexation consisting of 1.504 acres and located at approximately 305 East 620 South. The ordinance was recorded at the Utah County Recorder's office on March 18, 2025. The effective date of the annexation is March 13, 2025, the date the Lt. Governor's office issued a Certificate of Annexation.
