NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Monthly Meeting commencing at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Trustees of UHC will participate via in person or video conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the Spark Apartments, 1490 W. North Temple Street, Salt Lake City. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Prior to the start of the UHC board meeting, the Trustees will take a tour of the nearly completed 4% tax credit project, which is the host location for the March 27, 2025 meeting. The agenda below will begin at approximately 2:00 p.m.

3. Resolution 2025-07, Ginnie Mae resolution of Board of Directors and Certificate of Authorized Signatures
4. Resolution 2025-08, Alta North Loan Resolution, authorizing a tax-exempt mortgage loan in an amount not to exceed $50,270,000
5. Resolution 2025-09, SSL Affordable Phase I Apartments, authorizing the reimbursement of qualified expenditures with proceeds from Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $55,000,000
6. Resolution 2025-10, Lotus Fluence Apartments, authorizing the reimbursement of qualified expenditures with proceeds from Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $35,750,000
7. Resolution 2025-11, Authorizing the Reservation of Federal 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
