- A public hearing will be held on the following matters: A petition to the Planning Commission to forward a positive recommendation to the City Council to amend multiple sections of Title 17 of the South Salt Lake Municipal Code to amend the regulations for City Facility Zone. A petition to the Planning Commission to forward a positive recommendation to the City Council to amend zoning of the properties located at 119 W, 168 W, 169 W, 171 W, 172 W, 174 W, 175 W, 178 W, 179 W, and 182 W Oakland Avenue from TOD to City Facility. An application for preliminary subdivision plat for a two-lot plat, located at 3218 S West Temple St. The applicant is Gerber Collision & Glass.
