Action Item: Consider a resolution authorizing the Redevelopment Agency of Murray City (RDA) to enter into a Development Agreement with Murray City (City) and Rockworth Companies for the redevelopment of property owned by the RDA and City beginning at the southwest corner of 4800 South and State Street and including a substantial portion of the property referred to as block one, located in Murray City, Salt Lake County, Utah.
