LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On April 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Caden Hazard's request for review of the Anderson Zone Change located at 206 North 1100 West, changing the zoning on 0.60 acres from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-22 (residential/agriculture). Public hearing and recommendation of Bart Christofferson's request for review of R-1-Flex (residential) zoning for the Bart Christofferson Annexation #2, 0.40 acres of property located at 440 South 300 East. Public hearing and recommendation of Natalie Barron's request for review of the Barron Zone Change located at 61 East 2200 North, changing the zoning on 1-acre of property from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-15 (residential). Public hearing and consideration of Mint Architecture's request for approval of a Plat Amendment for Gardner Point Phase 1, creating two commercial parcels at approximately 1500 North 3600 West. Public hearing and consideration of Brian Garrett's request for approval of a Plat Amendment for Ward Meadows located at 2244 West Pumpkin Patch Lane, reconfiguring lot lines for lots 5, 6, and 7. Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's requests for preliminary subdivision review of Inverness Plat D, including 278 single family homes and 126 townhomes located at approximately Horton Way and Edinburgh Avenue. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Table 05.040-B, removing the side and rear yard setbacks from the Neighborhood Commercial zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Table 37.080, Off-Street Parking.
