PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter on the following project:
- Vacation of Public Utility Easement: It is proposed that an existing public utility easement located on Utah County Parcel #68:009:0001 in the High Quality Carports Plat A subdivision, at 1048 West 170 North in Payson Utah be vacated, in favor of Utah County Parcels #68:009:0001 and #30:022:0004 being joined into one parcel and the public utility easement being located for the combined parcels to the western most boundary of the new parcel (see attached maps).
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
