NOTICE TO BIDDERS Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via Bonfire until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 for the following project: PREQUALIFICATION OF GENERAL CONTRACTORS (GC), JOB NO. FAC23007. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section A. of the General Contractor Prequalification Submittal Requirements will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on March 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (U3P): https://purchasing.utah.gov/ Salt Lake City Corporation (the 'City') is soliciting qualifications from firms to perform repair, stabilization and restoration of Fisher Mansion located at 1206 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, 84104. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
