Town of Goshen Planning & Zoning Meeting Goshen Town Hall February 19, 2025 Planning and Zoning Meeting 7:00 PM A. Pledge of Allegiance- Bruce Farnsworth B. Prayer - Greg Jasperson C. Disclosures- N/A D. Public Input/ Reports (limited to three minutes) Non- agenda items: Dave Okelberry asked where he can find codes for building a home. Jonathan and Bruce gave him the information and discussed set backs and details. The ordinances are on our website. 1. Approval of minutes-note of typo on agenda, approval for minutes for the month of November 19, 2024, instead of December 10, 2024. Gregg motions, Bruce seconds, all in favor. 2. Discussion and review plans for future project for lot (61:081:0052 & 61:081:0050) 230 N Center Street, moffett- address typo, agenda says 340, it is 230 N Center Street. The last project they presented with the 14 homes would not work for them because of cost and it being a lot of money. Storage units were discussed for 230 units all inside a warehouse and parking stalls. Logan potentially will work with Cameron Nerdin who is the owner to the east of him. Cameron's property would be making access through 100 East. Cameron's issue would be he would have to put thousands of yards of fill dirt in just the make the road. Discussions on possibilities for the lots were had and clean up parcel lots as well to where the current trailers are in residential and the industrial lot have the storage units. More discussion to come. Adjournment - Gregg motions, Jonathan seconds, all in favor. Attendance: Jonathan Maclee, Gregg Jasperson, Bruce Farnsworth, Logan Moffett, Cameron Nerdin, Dave and Edna Okelbery, Gaven, Rachel Pena. Gentry Valerio absent.
