- Notice of Public Hearing The City of LaVerkin, Utah hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the LaVerkin City Council Chambers at 111 S. Main Street, in LaVerkin, Utah to consider declaring as surplus property for disposal by sale to the adjoining owner, the following described real property: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, ORAL D. STOWELL AND MINNIE E. STOWELL SUBDIVISION, RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 00116922 IN THE OFFICE OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RECORDER, AND RUNNING THENCE EAST 20.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100.00 FEET; THENCE WEST 20.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE NORTH 100.00 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINS 2,000 SQUARE FEET OR 0.05 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
