- The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on March 18, 2025. ORD. 25-02 - LOGAN MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Section 5.18 regulating 'Itinerant of Transient Merchants.' This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
