TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda March 19, 2025, at 6:00 pm 212 N. Toquer Blvd, Toquerville Utah This meeting will also be broadcast via YouTube live on the Toquerville City YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@toquervillecity A. CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Chaves 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Williams B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from March 5, 2025 City Council Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from February 2025. D. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. E. PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public input is sought on Toquerville City's Annexation Policy Plan, required by Utah Code 10-2-401.5, which serves as a roadmap for informed annexation decisions, promoting strategic growth, property rights protection, and collaboration with neighboring communities. F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on Toquerville City's Annexation Policy Plan. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025.XX - Adopting the Subdivision Submittal Policy 2025.01. 3. Discussion of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Administrative Budget. G. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 12 at Center Street Park - 10:00 AM. 2. Arbor Day - Plant a Tree/Pick up the Park Event - Friday, April 25 at Center Street Park - 12:00 PM. H. CLOSED SESSION: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). I.
