- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st Day of April, 2025, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Murray City Hall, 10 East 4800 South, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a hearing on and pertaining to consideration of amending the Murray City General Plan Future Land Use Map from Low Density Residential to Residential Business and amending the Zoning Map from the R-1-8 (Single-Family Low Density Residential) zoning district to the R-N-B (Residential Neighborhood Business) zoning district for the property located at 6500 South 1300 East, Murray, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed amendment to the General Plan and Zoning Map as described above. DATED this 13th day of February 2025.
