Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Youth Council will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible.

b. Lions Club- Easter Egg Hunt April 19 8:30 AM Hunt starts at 10AM
What is needed:
10 Youth to hide eggs in 5 areas and (2 in each area) You will also stay in this area during the hunt for crowd control and make sure they do not start until they are supposed to.
1 Youth to wear the Easter Bunny costume 9:30-11:30 AM
c. July 17,18,19 Rodeo Lots of opportunities for these 3 nights. Friday night, July 18 the Youth council will be recognized. We want as many that can to come.

b. USU Leadership conference- Registration is open now. Free to the first 30 applicants.
May 23-24 USU extension Price Utah
c. Youth Prevention Summit June 30-July 2 Bryce Canyon Limited to 10 youth
