Agenda Board of Directors Meeting Weber Human Services 3rd floor, Board of Directors Room Commencing at 8:00 A.M. March 21, 2025. 1. Public Comments: 2. Consent Calendar: a) Welcome b) Request for approval of minutes for meeting held on February 21, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. c) Request for the approval of check register dated February 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025, including voided checks 126683, 127031, 127209, 127216, 127466, 127869, 128240, 130553, 135895, 135896, 136240 and in the amount of $1,717,937.77. d) Credit Card Purchases for January 2025. e) Request to approve the purchase orders: 1. PO#4888-BulkBookStore for 1,797 Books of Wonder, in the amount of $17,089.47. 2. PO#4890-Denco Security for Camera System Upgrade for the WHS Main Building, in the amount of $68,953.35. 3. PO#4891-Crittenden Glass for a 13'x10' transom glass (kitchen area) and 11'x9' transom glass (office area), in the amount of $15,589.00) 3. Clinical Report on CETA Given by Darin Carver and Wendi Davis 4. Action Items a) Appointment of Weber Human Services Chief Financial Officer. 5. Executive Director's Report a) Ride Update b) Aging Shortfall 6. Executive Session Motion to close and open meeting for the purpose of discussing the character and/or competence of an individual.
