Notice is given that the Stockton Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting promptly at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. 3. Approval of January minutes Motion to approve, Gary Hunter, 2nd Steve Oblad ALL APPROVED
4. Public Comments (3-5 minutes) Victoria and Cameron Cline- Wanting to purchase property on the end of Old county road, wants to sub divide for a commercial lot and 2 residential lots. Can it be Subdivided?? Can we change the zoning, company does small warehouse building concrete printers. There has been issues on boundaries of property, Sellers realtor needs to contact mayor and get the survey problem' worked out. Fees would be over 100000$ to do water, power, sewer. Part of the land is land locked. Will have to be zoned commercial/residential, propose the change. Soil tested also requested. Contact realtor.

8. Maria Maciel 110 Connor demolition and putting home on property- NOT PRESENT County plot maps, there are only 2 plots for this property.

10. Storage container ordinance discussion. Looks like everything is fine on what passed and it addresses everything that was a concern. Commission recommends it. 2024-08 Motion to Move- Gary Hunter, 2nd Steve Oblad, ALL APPROVED
11. Town Council report from January meeting. Nothing to report.
12. Council reports and assignments. Steve will go to Februarys meeting.
Next meeting March 4th. Sent letter to owner/seller of 152 clark st. possibly changing the codes from (lot number) to square footage. Also, possibly adding mother in law home ordinance?? Look up codes and next time talk discuss it.
