- Local Building Authority of Zion Mountain Local Service District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Local Building Authority of Zion Mountain Local Service District (ZMLSD) intends to meet with the Community Impact Board to request supplemental bond funding in regard to the completion of the Discovery Center Project. In accordance with Utah Code Ann §17B-1-643, please be advised that the Administrative Control Board (the 'Board') of the Zion Mountain Local Service District will be holding a public hearing on March 26, 2025 at 6:00 pm to explain the reasons for and to hear public comments on the proposed bond increase. The meeting will be held at 9065 West Highway 9 in Mount Carmel, UT.
