- INVITATION TO BID City of North Salt Lake 10 E Center St. North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 Sealed bids for construction of the '2025 Street Rebuild Projects (Cynthia Way, Windsor Drive, Windsor Court and Ascot Way) - Project No. 24-020'. will be received by the City of North Salt Lake at the City Hall Building, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake City, Utah until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above-described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: full asphalt removal of approximately 13,625 SY, regrading and roadbase as required, new asphalt, and minor concrete replacement; all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by ESI Engineering.
