PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT.

2.1. Approval of January 21, 2025 Library Board Meeting Minutes
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.1. Review and approval of Library Board Bylaws and Vineyard Library Policies
The board will review and approve the Library Board Bylaws and the Vineyard Library Policies to ensure they remain up to date and aligned with our goals.
4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
4.1. Impact Community Fair - March 22
Valerie will provide details on where and when to meet.
4.2. Toy Exchange - March 27
Please bring any gently used toys to the library for this community-sharing event.
4.3. Author Event - April 16
Valerie will share exciting details about the featured guest and event plans.
5. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS
5.1. Library Visits Report
Valerie Popadich will provide an overview of the libraries visited and key takeaways.
5.2. Friends of the Library
Christine to go over the Friends agreement between the library, the friends, and the library board.
6. WORK SESSION
6.1. Future Library Planning
The board will discuss plans and next steps for the new library, including goals, needs, and potential challenges.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting is on May 20, 2025.
This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically.
