a. Rezone-Public Hearing. Consider a rezone for 6.54 acres of land located at approximately 2573 North Highway 89, from Planned Manufacturing (MP-1) to Mixed Use West (MUW), Weber County Parcels 17-066-0074 and 17-066-0037, Ordinance 2025-11. Applicant: YPORE LLC. (Presenter: Tammy Eveson)
b. Zone Text Amendment-Public Hearing. 7:15 P.M. 5. Amend Chapter 8.05 - Garbage Collection and Disposal. Discussion and possible clean up action to §8.05 (Garbage Collection and Disposal) of the Municipal Code regarding recycling to correlate with the new carrier contract, Ordinance 2025-13. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson)
7:25 P.M. 6. Sewer Easement Project. Discussion and possible consideration to accept the Sanitary Sewer Easements and Temporary Construction Easement for property ID#19-016-0009 located at 3106 N HWY 89. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson)
7:30 P.M. 7. Wing Retro-Fit Plow project. Discussion and possible consideration to approve the purchase of a Wing Plow and retro-fit on an existing plow from Reading Truck in the amount of $43,332.32 plus any additional retro-fit complications up to $15k. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson)

The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
