Church Wells Special Service District Administrative Board Meeting Approved 03202025 Thursday, February 20,2025 6:00 pm Call to order and list those present: Janette Nielsen Erin Beckman, Andrea Rizzo, Jesse Pennepacker, patty and Mark Kubeja, Dalton Williams, and Cameron Westenkow on phone. Pledge of Allegiance Prayer: Janette Agenda: Fire assessment funds in compliance and generator acquired and paid for with grant money. Sitla payment needs to be paid. Jesse read fraud risk report. Little manual certifications are to be done by the next meeting. Minutes for December 2024 and January 2025 were approved.
