Description/Agenda: Amended Municipal Election Notice Under UCA 10-3-301, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following positions are to be voted upon in the Kanosh Town Municipal Election ONE 4-YEAR MAYOR POSITION TWO 4-YEAR CITY COUNCILMEMBER POSITIONS- Those elected to fill the open positions will take office on January 1, 2026. This election will be conducted by mail. The candidate filing period begins June 2, 2025, and ends Friday, June 6, 2025, promptly at 5:00 p.m. Candidates for Municipal Office must meet the following requirements: The person is a United States Citizen The person will be at least 18 years old by November 2, 2023 The person is a registered voter in the municipality The person was a legal municipality resident for 12 consecutive months immediately before November 2, 2025. Please do not wait until the last minute to file.
