Presentations/Public Hearings:
Public Works Recognition: The Providence City Council will recognize Rob Stapley and his team for this years 2025 Rural Water Association of Utah Award for Outstanding Water Service to Customers.
Resolutions/Ordinances:
Item No. 2 Ordinance 01-2025 Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee Schedule Amendment: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on Ordinance 01-2025 which amends the Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee as it relates to Multi-Family Users. (ORDIN. 01-2025)
Item No. 3 Ordinance 02-2025 Rezone of Parcel 02-096-0035: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on Ordinance 02-2025, which if approved would rezone parcel 02-096-0035 from MXD to CHD (North 1 Acre) & R-M-18 (South 1.5 Acre). The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this rezone on March 12th and recommended to the City Council that they approve the rezone request. (REZONE ANALYSIS) & (ORDIN. 02-2025)

Item No. 4 LED Street Light Conversion Project: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on moving forward with a LED Street Light Conversion Project. (ESTIMATES)
Item No. 5 Providence Blackstone Lift Station Electrical Agreement: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on moving forward with an agreement for the electrical services of the lift station. (AGREEMENT)
Item No. 6 Contract Award for Baseball Field Updates: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on moving forward with awarding a contract for Baseball Field Updates. (BUDGET & BIDS)
Item No. 7 Allen Property Right of Way Purchase (100 S Project): The City Council will review, discuss and may take action on a Right of Way purchase to help facilitate the 100 S Road Project. (AGREEMENT)
Item No. 8 Honey Property Right of Way Purchase (100 S Project): The City Council will review, discuss and may take action on a Right of Way purchase to help facilitate the 100 S Road Project. (AGREEMENT)
