(Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1879 West State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Shaun Johnson (SJ Company) for a commercial site plan for a 4-story hotel, located at approximately 1879 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. (Legislative Item) Public Meeting: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1099 E 110 S (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Russell Wilson for a 4-lot and 1-parcel preliminary subdivision plat, called Blossom Hill Plat A Amended on 9.87 acres, approximately located at 200 South 1050 East in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 1000 W. State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of X Development for a Conditional Use Permit to permit Use #1151 - Townhomes, 2 or 3 stories with a garage, located at approximately 1000 West State Street in the Commercial Sales-2 Zone. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1000 W. State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of X Development for a residential site plan for 10 townhomes, located at approximately 1000 West State Street in the Commercial Sales-2 (CS-2) Zone.
