MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF IVINS CITY ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA March 20, 2025 Mayor Chris Hart City Council Members Lance Anderson Sharon Barton Sharon Gillespie Mike Scott Kevin Smith City Manager: Dale Coulam The Municipal Building Authority of Ivins City will hold its Annual meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, March 20, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:15 P.M. Note: The order of items discussed on this agenda is subject to change 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Disclosures 2) ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider election of officers for the positions of: Chair/President; Vice-Chair/Vice President; and Secretary/Treasurer of the Governing Board B. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-01 MBA, a Resolution for the Municipal Building Authority of Ivins City, Utah, confirming the Governing Board and Elected Officers for such Authority 3) ADJOURNMENT Reasonable accommodation: Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
