1. Consideration of Resolution 25-3; Declaration by Roy City Council of Emma Russell Park and George Wahlen Park to be Designated as a Safe Zone for Roy Days on August 1-2, 2025.
2. Consideration of Resolution 25-4; Amending Fees for Roy Aquatic Center Admissions and Pavilion Rentals and Adopting the Roy Aquatic Center Fee Schedule.
