Description/Agenda: RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meetings held on February 4 and February 18, 2025 the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Ordinance 991 delegated authority to create administrative policies. - Resolution 2025-03 approved the purchase of new playground equipment. - Resolution 2025-04 approved a policy regarding volunteer coaches. - Resolution 2025-05 declared property as surplus. - Resolution 2025-06 adopted a public records request policy. - Resolution 2025-07 adopted a policy regarding first amendment audits. - Resolution 2025-08 adopted a policy regarding utility fee waivers.
