Re-Scheduled Vote on February 12th's Agenda Item to Nominate Diane Hundal for Treasurer
Karen provided the board with information that Diane Hundal was the only application received for our Open Treasurer Position on 2/12/2025. Kent Arbon reported to the board on 11/16/2025 that he would be resigning due to an opportunity for an out of state job transfer.
Diane spoke to the board on 2/12/25 regarding her qualifications. She held the treasurer position for her HOA in Michigan for 20 years, where she previously resided. She thrives on paying close attention to detail.
The Washington County Commission Office held a council session Tues. 2/18/2025. Jean received an email from Jayanne Lewis on 2/19/2025 9:46 AM confirming that Dianes's nomination was approved by the Commissioner on 2/18/25. (see the attached email)
Karen can now ask the board to vote on approving Diane for her position as TREASURER for ASSSD.
