- Emery Water Conservancy District Board Member Vacancy Emery County is seeking volunteers interested in serving on the Emery Water Conservancy District Board. There is currently one (1) open Board Vacancy to serve a 4-year term, beginning April 2025. Applicants must be registered voters in Emery County and reside within EWCD Boundaries. If you are interested in serving on the Water Conservancy District Board, you can obtain a volunteer form online at emerycounty.com. Completed volunteer forms must be submitted to the Emery County Clerk/Auditor's Office by the end of business on Friday, April 11, 2025.
