Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council Recreation System Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 13, 2025, beginning at approximately 2:00 P.M. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Recreation System Committee scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2025; beginning at 2:00 P.M. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

2:00 P.M. Opening
1. Chair Patrick Morrison will open the public meeting as Chair of the Recreation System Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
2. Review and approval of the January 30, 2025 meeting minutes.
2:05 P.M. Short Hikes in the Central Wasatch
1. The committee will discuss the status of the short hikes project proposal in the Central Wasatch and determine potential next steps.
2:15 P.M. Recreation Management Needs Discussion
1. The committee will discuss the development of a 'white paper' regarding recreation management needs in light of federal cuts.
2. The committee will identify recreation management needs and potential partnerships with other organizations to help meet those needs.
2:30 P.M. Canyons Visitation and Capacity Discussion
1. The committee will discuss cataloguing canyon visitation in collaboration with the Transportation System Committee.
2:45 P.M. Next Meeting
1. The committee will discuss priorities and desired items for the next meeting agenda.

1. Chair Morrison will call for a motion to adjourn the Recreation System Committee meeting.
