NOTICE OF HEARING
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday March 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
- Rezone of 2.6 acres of property from A-F (Agriculture - Foothills) to the LR-F (Large Residential - Foothill) zoning district and Schematic Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development for the Frodsham Acres Subdivision at 230 E 1700 S and 1600 S 200 E for applicant Joey Green.
- Rezone of 0.61 acres of property at 1169 W 100 North (Clark Lane) from RMU (Residential Mixed Use) to the GMU (General Mixed Use) zoning district for applicant Brittany Smith.
- Amendment to the PMP (Project Master Plan) / DA (Development Agreement) for the Canopy Square development on approximately 20 acres of property on the north side of Burke Lane at approximately 1400 West for applicant Wasatch Farmington Holdings, LLC.
- Amendments to Chapter 11-32, Off Street Parking, to modify the required parking for dental and medical clinics.
