- Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday March 12, 2025. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of February 12, 2025 Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett *Building permit check list 6. Audience- Chapmans 7. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Tamara Dallin- Roads and Landfill b. LaRee Stephenson- Parks, Recreation and CERT *Easter egg hunt c. David Wood- Electric d. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department *Water Project e.
