WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA
The Public Hearing of the West Valley City Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 3:30 PM, in West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah.

Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 12:00 PM on Monday, March 24, 2025.
Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments.

GPZ-2-2025 Petition by Wasatch Guaranty Development, LLC requesting a General Plan change from General Commercial to Mixed Use and a zone change from C-2 (General Commercial) to MXD (Mixed Use). The property is located at 3601 S 2700 W on

GPZ-3-2025 Petition by Clark Construction & Services LLC requesting a General Plan change from Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) and General Commercial to Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet).
