NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL Minutes PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on December 10th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. 1. Welcome: James welcomed everyone to the meeting. 2. Citizen Concerns: no concerns were raised. 3. Town Employee Report: There weren't any concerns and things seem to be moving along as usual. 4. Recreation Board Report: Jr. Jazz starts. Nothing more to report. 5. CVSSD Board Report: James explained they went through budgets. Nothing more to report. 6. Beautification Committee Report: Tara said she had Dean take down the old d cor and the new things will be out this week. 7. Board Member Reports/Concerns: Carli trimmed back her tree, so it isn't anything in the way of the stop sign there. Gabbe will talk with Dean to see if he needs to replace the stop sign by Carli's house. Stoney explained the new fire truck will be coming at the beginning of the year. 8. Review of Past Due Water Bills: Nothing to report. 9. Gabbe's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements: Tara made a motion to approve the minutes. Travis seconded. All in attendance agreed. Tara made a motion to adjourn. Stoney seconded. All in attendance agreed. Meeting adjourned.
