Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council Transportation System Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, March 10, 2025, beginning at approximately 3:30 P.M. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: the CWC offices located in the Brighton Bank building, 311 S. State Street Ste. 330, Salt Lake City, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Transportation System Committee scheduled for Monday, March 10, 2025; beginning at 3:30 P.M. 3:30 P.M. Opening
1. Chair Danny Richardson will open the public meeting as Chair of the Transportation System Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
2. Review and approval of the minutes of the February 10, 2025 meeting.
3:35 P.M. 'Baseline Study' Data Gathering Discussion
1. The committee will complete a list of desired data for a 'baseline study' documenting visitor data in the Central Wasatch (John Knoblock has begun this list).
2. The committee will discuss how to divide the data gathering responsibilities between themselves and between committees.
3:50 P.M. Transportation Legislation Session Discussion
1. The committee will discuss transportation-related bills introduced during the recent legislative session and their potential impacts.
4:05 P.M. 2025-2026 Season Transportation Projects Discussion
1. The committee will discuss project ideas and proposals for the 2025-2026 winter season to promote various transportation solutions, including carpooling, traffic alleviation, transit improvements, and traction law compliance.
4:20 P.M. Funding Discussion
1. The committee will discuss funding needs for plowing, restrooms, and other needs in the Central Wasatch.
4:35 P.M. CWC Environmental Dashboard
1. The committee will discuss takeaways from the recent Environmental Dashboard storyboarding session.
2. The committee will discuss promoting the Environmental Dashboard to the community.
4:45 P.M. Meeting Recap and Next Meeting Agenda
1. The committee will review the action items that have been decided upon for the next meeting.
2. The committee will discuss topics for the next meeting agenda.

1. Chair Richardson will call for a motion to adjourn the Transportation System Committee meeting.
