Public Notice Town Center Hotel Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on March 27th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Hall, located at 2317 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and possibly approve a conditional use permit for a proposed hotel near 2217 South Spring Hollow Road in the Town Center Development. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comments. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.gov. Town Center Restaurant with Alcohol Service Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on March 27th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Hall, located at 2317 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and possibly approve a conditional use permit for a proposed restaurant with alcohol service near 2217 South Spring Hollow Road in the Town Center Development. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comments. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.gov. Town Center Drive-Through Restaurant 1 Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on March 27th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Hall, located at 2317 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and possibly approve a conditional use permit for a proposed drive-through restaurant near 98 E 2200 S in the Town Center Development. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comments. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.gov. Town Center Drive-Through Restaurant 2 Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on March 27th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Hall, located at 2317 So. Spring Hollow Rd.
