Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 25-05 Notice is hereby given that on March 6, 2025, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 25-05. Ordinance 25-05 dissolves the Brigham City X-20 Economic Development Project Area Plan created in 2005. Ordinance No. 25-05 shall take effect upon posting and publication on March 7, 2025. Copies of the ordinance are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing krasmussen@bcutah.gov.
