PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES March 2025 *Essential Botanical Farms Zone Change Request The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Essential Botanical Farms. The request is to change the current zoning of A1 to Highway Commercial (HC) on a portion of parcels XB00-1458-31W and XB00-1458-41W (approx. 40 acres) in Sections 8 and 9, Township 11 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi. *Jimmie McWilliams Zone Change Request The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 7:10 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Jimmie McWilliams. The request is to change the current zoning of A1 to Industrial (ID) on parcels XD00-3829- and XD00-3820-1 in Sections 33 and 34, Township 14 S, Range 1 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi. *Larrey Seth Wright Zone Change Request The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 7:20 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Larrey Seth Wright and other listed property owners. The request is to add the -R (Recreational Subdivision) overlay zone to the current zoning of GMRF on parcels XD00-4557-11, XD00-4557-3, XD00-4557-4, XD00-4557-5, XD00-4457-7, XD00-4556-M1, XD00-4556-M2 and XD00-4556-M3 in Section 11, Township 17 S, Range 2 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
