A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. Variance Request for West Village at Approximately 936 S 400 W - Jon Galbraith, representing the property owner, has requested a variance for the West Village development to reduce the setback requirement for a gate from 17.5' to 7.5'. They are also requesting the gate be 6' high when only 4' is allowed in front yards. The property is zoned CG (General Commercial) and is located in District 5, represented by Darin Mano.
