MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 2025 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of business license applications. 4. Discussion/action on of Resolution adopting the Public Infrastructure District Policy. 5. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program (MWPP) Annual Report. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting the City Option Sales and Use Tax. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Community Development Fees. 9. Report: Slaterville Park Expansion Project. 10. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 11. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies the agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about March 13, 2025.
