Item No. 1 Approval of Minutes: The Planning Commission will consider approval of the minutes
of October 23rd, 2024. (MINUTES)
Public Comments: Citizens may express their views on issues within the Planning Commission's jurisdiction.
The Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email providencecityutah@gmail.com , and
by text 435-752-9441. By law, email comments are considered public record and will be shared
with all parties involved, including the Planning Commission and the applicant.
Public Hearings:
Item No. 2 Public Hearing on Rezone of Parcel 02-096-0035: The Providence City Planning
Commission will take comments and questions from the public regarding a request to rezone Parcel 02-
096-0035 generally located at 440 W 300 S Providence UT. Petition seeks to rezone a section of the
parcel from Mixed Use (MXD) to CHD (North 1 acre) & R-M-18 (South 1.5 Acre).

Item No. 3 Rezone of Parcel 02-096-0035 Recommendation: The Providence City Planning
Commission will review, discuss and may make a recommendation to the city council regarding a
request to rezone parcel 02-096-0035 from Mixed Use (MXD) to CHD (North 1 acre) & R-M-18 (South

Item No. 4 Hilldale 18 LLC Preliminary Plat: The Planning Commission will review, discuss, and
may take action on a request to approve the preliminary plat from applicants Hillldale 18 LLC. This is a
37-lot single family development located in the general area of 400 E 300 N here in Providence Utah.
