General Session
1. Call to Order: 6:01pm, Charlie Harrison, Bill Jackson, Josh Green, Archie Walker, Alfred Ianniello and Patty Olson
2. Approval of Minutes: December 10, 2024, Motion Josh Green, 2nd Archie Walker, All in Favor
3. Citizens to be heard: Alfred Ianniello Motion to accept as board member Josh Green, 2nd Archie Walker, All in favor

5. Expenditures:
Patty Olson #013 $100.00. Archie motion to pay, Josh Green 2nd and all in favor.
USAD dues $84.00 Archie motion to pay, Josh Green 2nd, all in favor

a. Mesa/Desert roads storm drain mitigation project estimate $125,000. On hold
b. Jackson street SD phase 2 Rebid at the end of October. TSSD obligation $265,000.
c. Spanish Valley Drive Multi Use Pathway. Overlay length has been reduced. Estimated $450,000. County $300,000. TSSD to obligate $150,000.

d. TAP (Transportation Alternative Program) Grant for Holyoak Lane curb, gutter and sidewalk project. Project cost $624,000. Still being designed.
- UDOT grant through the Federal DOT in the amount of $300,00.
- TSSD ask $125,000. County $210,000.
