- The Richmond City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:30 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-01, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 09-043-0006 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) to HC (Highway Commercial). The parcel is located at approximately 11480 North Highway 91 and is approximately 5.24 acres.
