CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA March 5, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: February Meeting minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Seth Huntington would like to apply for a business license and conditional use permit. 2. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on April 2, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
