- Public Meeting of Deweyville Town Planning & Zoning Commission Thursday, March 6, 2025 7:00 p.m. Deweyville Town Hall Members of the commission may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. AGENDA Welcome: P & Z Chairman Curt Whiteford Prayer & Pledge: Commissioner Wayne Hansen 1. Approval of the Agenda for March 6, 2025. 2. Public Hearing: To Discuss Appendix 1 - Definitions & Chapter 9 of the Deweyville Land Management and Development Code, Improved Agricultural Definitions, Better Clarifications to Front, Rear, and Side Yard Requirements, Noise Control, Home Based Business Verbiage, and Chapter 13-Subdivision Plan to comply with State of Utah Code. Action Items: 3. Update to Deweyville Land Management Code Book - Appendix 1 - Definitions & Chapter 9 - Agricultural Definitions - Better Clarification of Yard Requirements - Noise Control - Home Based Business Verbiage - Chapter 13 - Subdivision Plan 4. Casey Higley -agricultural haybarn 5. Business License - Tammy Stutznegger (T & T Equipment Services, LLC) 6. Business License - Doug Gardner (Muntz Moto) 7. Approval of the Minutes - February 6, 2025. Public Comments (This is an opportunity for the public to address the commission. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
